Booking & payments

How is booking here different from Airbnb?

It's the same home and the same host. Booking here lets you use code AWAYWEGO for 20% off your nightly rate. Our homes are also listed on Airbnb and Vrbo if you'd rather book there, but the discount code only works on this site.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments run through our secure booking platform with industry-standard encryption. Away We Go Now never sees or stores your full card number.

What's your cancellation policy?

Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown at checkout when you book. Our standard policy is:

100%Full refundCancel within 24 hours of booking, if you booked at least 30 days before check-in.
50%Half refundCancel at least 14 days before check-in.
0%No refundLess than 14 days before check-in, or once your stay begins.
Optional travel insuranceAfter your booking is confirmed, you'll get an email explaining how to add optional travel insurance. Coverage can help protect your trip against unexpected events that affect your travel plans.

Arrival & check-in

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee, depending on the calendar.

How does check-in work?

Check-in is contactless. Each home has a keypad smart lock. You'll get arrival instructions by email and in your booking messages before your stay, and your door code shortly before check-in.

During your stay

How do I reach you during my stay?

Message us through your booking or email whitebreeze104@gmail.com, and we'll get right back to you. For anything urgent, the contact details in your check-in instructions reach us directly.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, all three homes welcome well-behaved pets under 25 pounds. A pet fee applies, so please add your pet in the booking box when you pick your guests, and it will be included in your total. If your pet will be left alone in the house, please crate them.

Is there a washer and dryer?

Yes, every home has an in-home washer and dryer. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a starter supply of household essentials.

Is there room for my boat or trailer?

White Breeze has a driveway for 4 vehicles plus covered parking underneath. Cajun Paradise has covered parking under the house. The Lake House has a boat port across the street and a public ramp nearby.
